Flourless Chai Latte Banana Bread Muffins

Add extra chai flavor to these banana bread muffins with chai latte concentrate!

Servings 12 muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 2 ripe bananas {mashed}
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup chai latte concentrate
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 3 tsp chai spice
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Mix wet ingredients - mashed bananas, chai latte concentrate, coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.

  3. Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl - almond flour, brown sugar, chai spice, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Add dry ingredients to the wet and mix only until combined.

  4. Add batter to lined muffin tins and bake for 25 minutes.
