Blueberry Pie Slow Cooker Oats

A healthy breakfast recipe using steel cut oats.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups steel cut oats
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 2 1/2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/8 cup almonds {chopped}
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cinnamon sticks

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a slow cooker / crock pot and stir.

  2. Cook on HIGH for 3 1/2 hours.
