Skinny Thin Mint Smoothie

Servings 1 smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana {sliced}
  • 2+ cups greens {I use spinach or kale}
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 3 California dates {pitted}
  • 10 peppermint leaves
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.
