Yogurt Protein Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 cup raw almonds
  • 1 sliced banana
  • 1/8 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp nut butter

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl: yogurt, cinnamon, almonds, banana, coconut flakes, and almond butter.

  2. This bowl can be made in advance if desired; refrigerate in a covered container overnight.
