Apple Pie Chia Pudding

A healthy chia pudding snack recipe that tastes like apple pie.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tbsp apple butter
  • 1/2 tsp apple pie spice

Optional:

  • 1/2 apple {chopped}

Instructions

  1. Add almond milk, chia seeds, yogurt, apple butter, and apple pie spice to a bowl.

  2. Stir until ingredients are combined.

  3. Let the chia pudding sit overnight {~8 hours} in a covered container in the refrigerator.

  4. Add a chopped apple in the morning, if desired.
