A delicious, easy banana muffin recipe with chai spice flavors.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mash the ripe bananas. Add egg, chai tea concentrate, oil, yogurt, brown sugar, and vanilla. Mix until combined.
In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients - flour, almond flour, baking soda, chai spice, and salt.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until combined - do not overmix.
Add batter to a muffin tin, with each muffin tin 3/4 full.
Bake for 20 minutes.
