Peach Pie Energy Bites

A no-bake snack recipe that tastes like peach pie.

Servings 16 energy bites

Ingredients

  • 20 California dates {pitted}
  • 2/3 cup raw almonds
  • 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
  • 4 tsp cashew butter OR almond butter
  • 6 slices dried peaches
  • 2 tbsp nut milk {I used almond milk}

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor. Process the mixture a few times. Stop the processor and use a spatula to re-combine the mix if needed.

  2. Keep processing until the ingredients are evenly combined, using the "pulse" function.

  3. Remove from the food processor and use a medium cookie scoop and your hands to form the mix into balls.

  4. Keep refrigerated in a covered container.
