Coffee and Cardio – Motivation.
I’ve been back home from vacation for a few days now, and am still trying to get back on a regular schedule, for sleep and exercise. Jet lag is no joke! This is partially my fault. Instead of sleeping on our flight back, I watched ten (!) episodes of the first season of House of Cards. I’m behind on getting into this show, but now I’m hooked. When else do you have that many uninterrupted hours of time?
Anyways. To fight the jet lag, I went for a 4 mile run this morning, hoping the early morning light gets me back on track {I found this article from Runner’s World about jet lag research very interesting}. This morning is also a great time to start what I hope to be a regular post, Coffee and Cardio. Two of my favorite things. I love reading round-up posts on other blogs, and I always find new things to try and websites to check out.
