Vegan Samoa Cookie Smoothie

A simple smoothie recipe that tastes like my favorite Girl Scout Cookie.

Servings 1

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana {sliced}
  • 1 cup greens {I use kale or spinach}
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 2 Medjool dates {pitted}
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla powder or vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until combined.
