I love enjoying citrus flavors in winter months. There is something about a chilly, gloomy winter week that makes me crave citrus to brighten up my day. Today’s dessert includes a few of my favorite ingredients – zesty lime mixed with fresh whipped cream and delicious whole milk Oikos Crave Worthy Key Lime Pie Yogurt.

I made Key Lime Yogurt Pie while visiting family over the holidays. My mother-in-law and I were shopping for Christmas meal ingredients and debating whether to make fresh whipping cream or buy whipped topping for this pie. The fresh whipping cream won, hands down.

This Key Lime Yogurt Pie recipe is very easy to put together. The most time-consuming part of this dessert is waiting 5 minutes for the heavy cream to turn into delicious and fluffy fresh whipped cream. All I did was carefully stir two containers of Oikos Crave Worthy Key Lime Pie Yogurt into the whipped cream and add it to a graham cracker pie crust.

I sprinkled a teaspoon of lime zest on top of my Key Lime Yogurt Pie before freezing it for an hour. I think this pie is best served chilled or slightly frozen and topped with extra whipped cream.

I loved indulging in this dessert on a winter afternoon. This pie is creamy, delicious and includes the perfect blend of zesty, lime flavor!
